Job Description: **Job Title:** Community & Communication Officer **Role Summary:** Develop and execute communication strategies, engage and manage a member community, and coordinate activities to advance the sustainable transition of the real estate sector. Provide administrative support to leadership. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communication, real estate, or related fields. - Proven expertise in community engagement and stakeholder relationship management. - Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Multilingual proficiency (Dutch required; French and English fluent). **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement organization-wide communication strategies. - Onboard, engage, and maintain follow-up with member community. - Coordinate social media, newsletters, website updates, and press relations. - Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums. - Support the Managing Director with administrative and operational coordination. **Required Skills:** - Stakeholder relationship management. - Communication strategy development. - Project management and organizational efficiency. - Digital communication (social media, content management). - Multilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, English). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in economics, real estate, communications, marketing, or related disciplines.
