**Job Title**
QA Analyst 5
**Role Summary**
Lead automated testing for large‑scale digital applications, focusing on UI, API, and integration layers. Design, review, and execute test strategies; develop and maintain automated suites; mentor peers; and collaborate closely with developers, QA leads, and product teams in an Agile environment.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years of QA/test engineering experience.
- 3+ years of strong API/UI automation with Playwright, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expertise in test planning, defect management, and continuous deployment workflows.
- Ability to review requirements, design documents, and code for risk mitigation and quality assurance.
- Strong mentorship and communication skills within a fully remote team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, develop, and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Oversee testing programs covering database impact, service/API behavior, UI behavior, and usability.
- Diagnose, document, and assign resolution paths for software defects.
- Approve test schedules and strategies aligned with project scope and delivery timelines.
- Conduct detailed review of requirements, documentation, and architecture to mitigate risks.
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functionality, design, schedules, and potential issues.
- Write, maintain, and optimize automated UI and API test suites using Playwright, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and owners to refine requirements and deliver high‑quality releases.
- Review pull requests, perform code cleanup/refactoring, and support CI/CD workflows.
**Required Skills**
- Test planning and strategy design.
