Job Description

**Job Title:** SVP, Business Systems **Role Summary:** Oversees global business systems strategy, digital transformation, and AI integration to align IT with business objectives, ensuring operational resilience and innovation across the organization. **Expectations:** - Align technology initiatives with business goals to drive growth, efficiency, and customer experience. - Lead cross-functional partnerships with senior leadership for strategic IT execution. - Prioritize and deliver digital solutions that enhance performance, customer engagement, and competitive advantage. - Shape IT ecosystem vision, streamline reporting/analytics, and integrate AI across business applications. - Ensure robust application architectures, disaster recovery, and 24/7 service continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive IT business applications strategy and roadmap. - Serve as IT business systems leader, bridging IT and business unit leadership. - Manage budgets, business cases, and ROI models for IT programs and projects. - Lead execution of IT initiatives to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Foster collaboration across matrix teams, promoting accountability and decision-making. - Partner with Data & AI Services to integrate applications, data systems, and AI platforms. - Strategic vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight. - Cultivate high-performing teams focused on innovation and cross-functional success. **Required Skills:** - Executive-level understanding of business systems and digital transformation. - Proven expertise in enterprise application architecture, disaster recovery, and AI integration. - Strong leadership in matrixed environments with cross-functional collaboration. - Strategic planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis for IT initiatives. - Vendor negotiation and program/project management experience. - Deep knowledge of system integration and analytics/reporting frameworks. - Familiarity with sports/entertainment industry a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field; MBA/MSTEM preferred. - Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience. - Demonstrated success leading large-scale business technology programs or transformations.
