**Global Lead Branding & Marketing – Oncology** **Role Summary:** Lead global branding and marketing strategy for oncology products, focusing on innovation, operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and financial performance. Drive commercialization of existing and future oncology products (NBEs/NCEs) through strategic planning and execution. **Expectations:** - Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, 3–5 years in oncology. - Experience in Europe and emerging markets; brand management (minimum 5 years). - Fluency in English; additional language preferred. - Pre-launch and launch experience in oncology; digital marketing, analytics, and project management expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and align global brand strategies, positioning, and digital marketing solutions. - Support commercial growth planning for innovative oncology products. - Oversee execution of local/regional brand plans, ensuring alignment with global goals. - Provide strategic guidance for product launches, stakeholder dashboards, and KPI tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales force, medical support, and market research. - Manage marketing budgets, financial performance of innovative assets, and ROI analysis. - Facilitate global knowledge sharing, identify portfolio gaps, and implement lifecycle management. **Required Skills:** - Proven expertise in pharma marketing, brand management, and oncology therapeutic area. - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and digital marketing capabilities. - Cross-functional leadership, project management, and stakeholder negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM/SFA systems, market analytics, and budgetary oversight. - Excellent verbal/written communication and decision-making in matrix environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field. - Demonstrated experience in biosimilars/innovative assets and pharma commercial operations.
