Job Description
Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive end‑to‑end B2B sales of data‑enrichment solutions, converting demand into revenue and building strong client relationships. Expectations: Meet or exceed quarterly quota, grow pipeline, and contribute to top‑of‑funnel initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify pipeline from inbound leads and self‑initiated outreach. - Conduct discovery sessions to translate prospect needs into customized datasets. - Create and deliver data‑demo presentations that illustrate GoodFit’s value proposition. - Facilitate evaluation processes for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations stakeholders. - Close deals and achieve revenue targets with associated accelerators. - Support TOFU activities such as executive breakfasts, cold calling, and demand‑generation programs. - Partner with product and marketing teams to refine go‑to‑market strategy and inform roadmap decisions. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at high‑growth B2B companies, guiding commercial tech‑stack and data adoption. Required Skills: - Proven SaaS or data‑industry sales experience (B2B). - Strong consultative selling, needs‑analysis, and solution‑selling skills. - Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Self‑motivated, proactive learner, and team collaborator. - Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, or similar) are a plus.
