Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all CSA quality activities on site. - Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). - Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of subcontractor works. - Review and approve method statements and quality documentation. - Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive timely close‑out. - Interface with client representatives and third‑party inspectors. - Support handover documentation and QA dossiers. - Promote a strong quality culture across the site. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a QA/Quality Lead or Manager in CSA roles. - Background in large‑scale, mission‑critical construction projects. - Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, and ISO standards. - Ability to manage subcontractors and client interfaces confidently. - Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Availability to start on short notice preferred.
