**Job title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support a fast‑growing FinTech SaaS organization by translating user and regulatory needs into actionable product requirements. Leverage accounting or business analysis experience to drive product strategy, ensure compliance, and enhance customer experience through iterative development. **Expactations** - Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified accountant in an accountancy practice or as a business analyst in a SaaS/software product context. - Proven ability to research and interpret legislative changes impacting financial products. - Demonstrated success in gathering requirements for technology initiatives and translating them into detailed specifications or user stories. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to elicit and document business and functional requirements. - Conduct regulatory research to maintain product compliance with relevant financial legislation. - Perform market and product research to uncover new opportunities for innovation. - Convert requirements into clear specifications and user stories; provide guidance to development teams. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support timely delivery of features. - Develop deep knowledge of the platform’s functionality and business processes. - Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on priorities. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying complex concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Customer‑centric mindset focused on identifying and resolving user pain points. - Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Interest and familiarity with software development practices and technology trends. **Required Education & Certifications** - Qualified accountant credentials (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, etc.) or equivalent business analysis qualification. - Familiarity with accounts production and financial reporting within an accountancy practice. ---
