**Job title**: Lead Security Analyst, Europe **Role Summary**: Provide day‑to‑day direction and analytical leadership for European security risk management. Own the regional security intelligence & analysis portfolio, ensuring actionable insights inform operational decisions, client briefings, and strategic outputs in line with the Security Director’s mandate. **Expectations**: - Deliver clear, timely analytical guidance to stakeholders. - Maintain up‑to‑date client‑facing intelligence and operational updates. - Mentor and train Security Specialists and I&A staff. - Represent the organization in client forums, sales & marketing activities. - Travel within Europe for on‑ground assessment and network expansion. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Shape and communicate the European security outlook to clients and internal teams. 2. Direct intelligence collection, source diversification, and action‑plan development. 3. Align operational posture with analytical insights and vice versa. 4. Provide feedback and best‑practice coaching on analysis and writing. 5. Coordinate with Content Services & Medical I&A communities for comprehensive outputs. 6. Maintain and update background client‑facing security information. 7. Drive projects improving intelligence tools, training, and collection methods. 8. Participate in regional on‑call roster and deliver safety/security trainings. 9. Support sales and marketing with technical expertise for webinars, presentations, and client engagements. **Required Skills**: - Deep understanding of Europe’s political and security environment. - Advanced analytical and structured thinking; OSINT tool proficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication (English) for non‑expert audiences. - Ability to synthesize multiple data streams under tight deadlines. - Strong IT competency (Microsoft Office, analytic applications). - Public speaking, client‑facing presentation experience. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in security studies, international relations, geography, or related field. - Minimum 6–8 years of security intelligence analysis experience, including dedicated European focus, in sectors such as military, government, NGO, or journalism. - Proven experience in challenging or hostile environments.
