Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on plant equipment. - Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime. - Participate in machine center upgrade projects and process improvement initiatives. - Collect, analyze, and report maintenance data to support preventive maintenance. - Document work activities, update maintenance records, and maintain accurate logs. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations. - Adhere to all safety standards and promptly report hazards. Required Skills: - Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering principles. - Ability to read maintenance drawings, manuals, and reports. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency with hand‑tools and willingness to perform manual labor. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
