**Job Title**: Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the full lifecycle of a web and mobile application program built on Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using .NET, Java, iOS, and Android. Oversee cross‑functional teams, Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and regulatory compliance in the telecom domain.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close program deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams across web, mobile, and backend services.
- Manage Azure AKS deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations.
- Ensure integration, performance, and user experience across platforms.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand‑ups).
- Track KPIs, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Uphold telecom industry standards, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years program/project management in software development.
- Proven experience with Azure, AKS, .NET, Java, iOS, Android.
- Expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud‑native architecture knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
