Job Description: **Job Title**: GRC Engineer (AI & Privacy) **Role Summary**: Design and implement AI and privacy governance controls to ensure secure, compliant systems. Drive technical risk assessments, policy-as-code automation, and collaboration across engineering, legal, and security teams. **Expectations**: - Hands-on GRC engineering for AI/ML systems. - Translate privacy policies into automated controls and enforce security standards. - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate governance into workflows. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop AI GRC frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and data privacy laws. - Conduct technical risk assessments and secure architecture reviews for AI systems. - Automate compliance controls using policy-as-code (e.g., Open Policy Agent). - Implement privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) and cloud data governance. - Partner with Legal, Data Science, and Information Security to align governance with regulatory and security requirements. - Monitor and report compliance metrics, recommend AI security best practices. **Required Skills**: - **Technical**: AI/ML security controls, policy-as-code tools, Python scripting, cloud infrastructure (AWS), IAM, networking. - **Analytical**: Risk assessment, vulnerability evaluation, security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2). - **Collaborative**: Cross-team coordination, stakeholder communication (technical/non-technical). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3–5+ years in GRC, Information Security, or Cloud Security roles. - Prior experience in AI/ML security and privacy compliance.
