Job Description
Job title: HRIS Officer Role Summary: First‑line support for the implementation of Workday on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities include creating user‑friendly training and guidance documents, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressing tickets, and supporting end‑users in navigating Workday features. Expactations: * Deliver high‑quality training materials and documentation that drive system adoption. * Provide proactive, frontline support, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain system integrity. * Participate actively in UAT, project meetings, and change‑request workflows. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams. * Manage workload under tight deadlines, attend brief travel as required, and maintain composure under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best‑practice documents for Workday. - Revise and enhance internal policies and procedural documentation related to Workday. - Deliver training sessions and offer ongoing assistance to users. - Detect and correct data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Participate in UAT activities to validate system functionality. - Troubleshoot system‑related issues, provide frontline support, and escalate when needed. - Submit change requests and support tickets for Workday enhancements or fixes. - Attend project team meetings to stay updated on implementation progress. - Travel to other offices as required. Required Skills: - Proven experience supporting a Workday HRIS implementation. - Strong foundation in HR principles and practical HRIS experience. - Excellent communication, influencing, and decision‑making skills. - Proactive problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement. - Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build strong relationships. - Resilience under pressure, maintaining composure during setbacks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Workday HCM or HRIS certification preferred (if available).
