Job title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Generate outbound leads and build early-stage sales opportunities across a full suite of enterprise facility management solutions. Expactations: 2-4 years outbound sales or related customer-facing role; high-volume outreach motivation; measurable goal orientation. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 75‑100 outbound calls daily to target accounts. • Execute multi‑channel sequences (LinkedIn, email, phone). • Initiate conversations to uncover needs and generate interest in solutions. • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and BD Manager to refine messaging and share insights. • Stay updated on industry trends and product ecosystem. Required Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication; confident engagement with decision‑makers. • High‑volume outreach discipline and goal‑driven mindset. • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong). • Ability to quickly learn industry-specific terminology and solution benefits. • Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology highly preferred. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Valid sales certifications (e.g., CHRP, NRM) welcomed.
