**Job Title:** Sales Executive, Software Innovation Delivery **Role Summary** Drive enterprise sales partnerships for innovation, R&D, and corporate venture units. Focus on securing and closing relationships with mid-to-senior-level executives managing innovation budgets. **Expectations** 4-6 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or tech services. High-energy, competitive mindset with a passion for complex enterprise sales. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. - Target enterprise decision-makers (Directors/VPs) in Innovation, R&D, and Technology departments. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and recruiters to deliver tailored talent solutions (dedicated teams, contract-to-hire, staff augmentation). - Lead contract negotiations for talent placement fees, hourly markups, and project scope. - Build digital presence using LinkedIn and social selling to establish brand visibility. - Maintain CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline forecasting and activity tracking. **Required Skills** - Advanced B2B sales techniques and relationship-building. - Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach (or equivalent), and CRM platforms. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging senior executives. - Foundational knowledge of enterprise innovation challenges and technical talent gaps. **Required Education & Certifications** - Must be a Canadian resident and eligible to work in Canada. - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
