Job Description: Job Title: Development Intern Role Summary: Support fundraising and partnership development for a European think tank by conducting research, managing databases, and assisting in project and event logistics. Contribute to strategic initiatives in economic policy and European affairs. Expactations: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, political science, or related field. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking. Proficiency in research, analysis, and content drafting. Willingness to adapt to CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Conduct desk research on potential donors and stakeholders; maintain contact databases; analyze philanthropy trends; prepare meeting materials and event logistics; draft and edit communication content; support project applications; compile weekly publication summaries; provide administrative support. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to research and synthesize complex information; strategic thinking and initiative; teamwork in diverse environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, SalesForce). Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, political science, or equivalent field. Prior experience in fundraising or think tanks preferred. Project management skills advantageous.
