Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst – Loan IQ **Role Summary:** Seasoned Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in financial services, specializing in the Loan IQ platform. Drives agile development, bridges stakeholders and development teams, and ensures delivery of Loan IQ enhancements aligned with business objectives. **Expactations:** - Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience in finance, with deep expertise in Loan IQ. - Proven ability to work in an agile environment and remove project impediments. - Strong communication skills for stakeholder liaison and documentation. - Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite) on a W2 employment basis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. - Analyze, document, and prioritize Loan IQ functional and non‑functional requirements. - Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). - Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Loan IQ enhancements: gathering requirements, overseeing development, and coordinating user acceptance testing. - Maintain Loan IQ data model, tables, deal setup, accruals, fees, payments, and GL accounting. - Identify and mitigate project risks; promote continuous improvement. - Support data analysis, mapping, and mining activities using SQL. **Required Skills:** - Extensive knowledge of Loan IQ modules, configuration, and data model. - Strong SQL querying and data analysis capabilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Visio. - Experience creating BRD & FRD and conducting UAT. - Understanding of loan servicing processes, GL accounting, and financial reporting. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
