**Job Title:** Active Directory Consultant **Role Summary:** Senior consultant responsible for securing, auditing, and redesigning the Active Directory (AD) infrastructure of a large international organization (≈120,000 users, 30+ sites). Works within a 24‑member expert team to implement compliance controls, strengthen authentication, and define a multi‑tier administration architecture across on‑premises AD, Azure AD, and related services. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust AD security hardening and compliance monitoring. - Lead reconstruction of AD environments and removal of weak authentication protocols. - Design and document a scalable n‑tier AD administration model. - Collaborate effectively with a global, English‑speaking team of experts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess current AD landscape and implement security controls. - Deploy and manage audit, detection, and compliance tools (e.g., Change Auditor, Recovery Manager). - Rebuild and modernize AD/AD LDS structures, integrating Azure AD and Office 365. - Harden authentication mechanisms; disable insecure protocols (e.g., LM, NTLM v1). - Define and implement a multi‑tier administrative architecture. - Provide PowerShell automation for routine and remediation tasks. - Coordinate with DNS, DFS, and cloud services (GCP) to ensure seamless service continuity. - Produce technical documentation and status reports in English. **Required Skills:** - Deep expertise in Active Directory, AD LDS, Azure AD, Office 365. - Advanced PowerShell scripting (essential). - Experience with MIM, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager, DNS, DFS. - Strong knowledge of cyber‑security principles and best practices. - Ability to work in an international, English‑only environment. - Proven experience in large‑scale AD projects (≥100 k users). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
