Job Title: Market Research Analyst Role Summary: Conduct end-to-end quantitative research for the design industry, translating client objectives into surveys, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders and partners. Expectations: - Produce high‑quality, data‑driven insights that inform product strategy and industry trends. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure research relevance and accuracy. - Communicate findings clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, pretest, and program surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. - Launch surveys, manage response quality, and maintain data integrity. - Analyze survey data, identify trends, and translate results into compelling narratives. - Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports for internal and client audiences. - Conduct comparative analyses of new and historical datasets to track industry shifts. - Present insights to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner. - Partner with internal teams to integrate research findings into broader strategy. Required Skills: - Strong foundation in quantitative research, survey design, and data analytics. - Experience in the interiors or design sector (mandatory). - Proficiency with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.). - Advanced skills in Excel or equivalent data‑analysis tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex data. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated. - Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field. - Professional certification in market research or survey methodology (e.g., CMRA, ESOMAR) is preferred.
