Job title: Marketing Quantitative Research Intern (H/F)
Role Summary:
Execute and manage end‑to‑end quantitative market studies across diverse sectors, supporting product, service, and customer experience strategies. Apply research methodology, design surveys, analyse data, and deliver actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.
Expactations:
- Complete the internship within a 6‑month period, starting January or April 2026.
- Demonstrate rigorous analytical work, precise documentation, and timely delivery of findings.
- Collaborate with field operations and project teams, contributing to AI experimentation, ESG initiatives, and agile processes.
- Actively seek learning opportunities and reflect insights in weekly updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design research frameworks: propose methodology, craft study design, and develop questionnaires.
- Coordinate operational phases: liaise with field teams, oversee data cleaning and coding, chart results, and produce visual presentations.
- Conduct market, consumer, and brand ecosystem studies (B2B & B2C).
- Support innovation projects, product/service concept testing, and customer journey mapping.
- Participate in cross‑departmental projects (#TeamSpirit), AI pilots, and ESG/CSR activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of study protocols, data sets, and analysis outputs.
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear, concise materials.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modelling).
- Proficient PowerPoint for data storytelling.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Methodological rigor, organizational ability, and strong analytical mindset.
- Adaptability, autonomous work style, and curiosity.
- Familiarity with statistical tools or at least willingness to learn them.
Required Education & Certifications:
- 5th year (Master 2) in Marketing or equivalent business program.
- Coursework or experience in quantitative market research, statistics, or data analytics is preferred.
- No additional certifications required, but knowledge of market research platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, etc.) is advantageous.
