Job Title: Sales Enablement Consultant (6‑month FTC) Role Summary: Design, implement, and deliver a scalable onboarding program for direct sales teams and lead the Salesforce rollout across all sales channels. Drive adoption of new sales processes, create enablement assets, and measure impact through defined KPIs. Expactations: - Build a repeatable, adaptable onboarding curriculum covering sales process, product, market, competitive positioning, and tool usage. - Champion data‑driven enablement practices and cross‑functional collaboration with RevOps, Product, and Sales Leadership. - Ensure high adoption of Salesforce and related sales technologies; surface user feedback and blockers to support teams. Required Skills: - Proven experience in sales enablement within technology‑driven environments. - Track record of building or scaling enablement programs at scale‑up and enterprise levels. - Expertise in onboarding program design, content creation, and tool adoption strategies. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and related sales technologies. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management abilities. - Self‑starter mindset with strong project ownership.
