Job title: Salesforce IT Platform Manager
Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end technical strategy, governance, and operations of a multi‑product Salesforce platform comprising Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing). Lead roadmap planning, architecture, and release management while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability. Drive DevOps, incident resolution, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption for enterprise‑wide Salesforce usage.
Expactations: • Deliver a clear, long‑term vision for the Salesforce ecosystem that aligns with business goals. • Enforce platform standards, data governance, security, and licensing compliance. • Manage end‑to‑end release pipelines, DevOps processes, and integration architecture. • Foster cross‑functional collaboration, change advisory oversight, and user training to maximize platform value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain multi‑year roadmap for CRM, FSM, and Revenue Cloud.
- Lead Product Council and Architecture Reviews to prioritize enhancements.
- Establish and enforce configuration, customization, and integration guardrails.
- Oversee data model, integration with enterprise systems, and middleware use.
- Manage secure access, incident response, and IT service desk coordination.
- Conduct change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Represent platform interests in CAB meetings and stakeholder forums.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Salesforce platform management, product ownership, or enterprise architecture.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, with hands‑on knowledge of Field Service Lightning and Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing).
- Proven experience in platform governance, technical architecture, integrations, and release management.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in large enterprises.
- Agile product lifecycle experience and cross‑functional leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, CPQ Specialist.
