**Job title:** Senior Digital Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Provide expert consulting services to major energy, industrial, and nuclear organisations, driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support low‑carbon transition objectives. Act as the liaison between business units and IT teams, leading complex projects from strategy to implementation and change management.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable digital‑transformation outcomes for senior client stakeholders.
- Manage end‑to‑end projects autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify commercial opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support pre‑sales activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on technology and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct organisational and process optimisation assessments.
- Lead and coordinate large, cross‑functional projects (feasibility studies, scoping, workshops, functional specs, development oversight, validation, change management, system integration/migration).
- Provide strategic guidance on IT system architecture and digital solutions for energy and industrial environments.
- Draft proposals, bid responses, and value‑add propositions in partnership with business‑development teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
- Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging digital technologies.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years of consulting or advisory experience in energy, industrial, or nuclear sectors.
- Strong project management (planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of digital technologies relevant to energy (automation, data analytics, IoT, cloud, industrial controls).
- Familiarity with regulatory and environmental standards in the energy sector.
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is an advantage).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Engineering, Energy, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Professional project‑management certification preferred (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Domain certifications in energy, nuclear, or digital technologies are a plus.
