Job Description

**Job Title** Junior Data Analyst **Role Summary** Contract, on‑site Junior Data Analyst responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision‑making. Provides insights, builds reports and dashboards, and contributes to improving data collection processes. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, data‑driven insights that align with organizational objectives. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and stakeholders. - Communicate technical findings effectively to non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather data from multiple sources and perform data cleaning and validation. - Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data. - Build and update reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and BI tools. - Conduct basic statistical analyses and develop data models to support business questions. - Identify and recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes. - Provide ongoing support to stakeholders for ad hoc data requests. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in data cleaning, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. - Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. - Ability to create visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team‑player mindset with collaborative work ethic. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Prior internship or entry‑level data analyst experience preferred. - BI tool certifications (Tableau, Power BI) considered a plus.
