**Role Summary**
Senior executive responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and technology delivery of IT & Engineering services, including software platforms, real‑time data solutions, systems integration, and back‑office enterprise technologies. Leads business development, team building, P&L management, and innovation initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
**Expectations**
* 15+ years of senior leadership in IT, Engineering, or Technology Services.
* Demonstrated success in business development, operations, and technology functions.
* Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and multi‑stakeholder projects.
* Strong commercial acumen combined with deep technical expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Strategy**
- Provide executive leadership across business development, operations, and technology.
- Define and execute growth strategies in enterprise software, systems integration, and engineering solutions.
- Build, mentor, and scale cross‑functional teams.
- Represent the organization at industry events and stakeholder engagements.
- **Business Development & Commercial Growth**
- Drive revenue by securing software, engineering, and IT service projects.
- Lead bid/proposal processes for private and government clients.
- Cultivate senior‑level relationships with decision‑makers.
- Design competitive commercial offers aligned with market and regulatory requirements.
- **Operations & Delivery**
- Ensure on‑time, on‑budget, within‑scope delivery of projects.
- Oversee deployment, integration, and support of IT systems, data solutions, and enterprise software.
- Scale operational processes for growing client base.
- Maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards.
- **Technology & Innovation**
- Guide technology teams to develop and enhance engineering platforms, back‑office systems, and real‑time solutions.
- Align product development with customer needs, prioritizing scalability, integration, and reliability.
- Champion adoption of cloud‑native, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and API technologies.
- Drive initiatives to improve user experience, system performance, and client operations.
