**Job Title:** Sr. Specialist CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, in‑app, web, and app personalization to drive revenue, guest frequency, and re‑activation. Work independently while collaborating with Brand, Digital, Loyalty, and Analytics teams to ensure on‑brand, timely, and data‑driven communications.

- Deliver high‑quality, on‑time campaigns with rigorous QA.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to continuously optimize messaging, creative, offers, and timing.
- Keep abreast of emerging CRM tools and AI‑driven automation, applying best practices to enhance personalization.
- Maintain clear documentation, calendars, and workflow procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and optimize promotional and lifecycle CRM journeys tied to product launches, seasonal events, re‑engagement, and app adoption.
- Set up, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns across email, push, SMS, in‑app, web, and app channels.
- Partner with Brand, Culinary, Digital, and Loyalty teams to ensure communications align with business priorities and brand voice.
- Build segmentation and targeting strategies based on guest behavior, preferences, and performance insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests on messaging, creative, offers, and timing; analyze results and present actionable recommendations.
- Support dynamic content, triggered messaging, and behavioral targeting initiatives.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Platform teams to guarantee data accuracy, proper tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain CRM calendars, documentation, and workflow best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of hands‑on CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Braze (or similar platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Klaviyo).
- Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in‑app).
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and testing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate findings into optimization actions.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and campaign QA expertise.
- Collaborative mindset with effective cross‑functional communication.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven messaging and automation trends.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Preferred certifications in Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Klaviyo (not mandatory).
