Manager, Brand and Social Media
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of Teleflora’s brand campaigns, paid and organic social media strategy, and influencer partnerships. Drive creative content production, including lifestyle photo shoots and social video, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across consumer, B2B, and e‑commerce channels. Manage campaign budgets, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, product, and florist teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver on‑time, on‑budget brand and social media initiatives that meet predefined KPIs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and influencers.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, look, and feel across all platforms.
- Demonstrate analytical rigor in using data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage strategy, creative briefs, work orders, and reports for brand and social media campaigns.
- Lead paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and influencer networks.
- Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar in partnership with Senior Marketing leadership.
- Oversee lifestyle product photo shoots and social video production for social, B2B, and e‑commerce use.
- Collaborate with in‑house agency and consumer insights teams to set KPIs, track performance, and generate analytics reports.
- Coordinate with e‑commerce, product marketing, and florist marketing to ensure messaging consistency.
- Develop and execute consumer‑facing philanthropic initiatives.
- Manage a budget segment, generate monthly spend reports, and ensure financial accountability.
- Direct in‑house and off‑site production for national holiday brand campaigns.
- Travel up to 20 % for local shoots, industry events, and PR engagements.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–6 years of brand marketing and social media experience (strategy + execution).
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, able to build compelling decks for executive and agency audiences.
- Advanced Excel proficiency: data accuracy, formatting, and functional analysis.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Project management skills: timeline creation, prioritization, and cross‑team coordination.
- Creative collaboration and solution‑oriented thinking.
- Interest in lifestyle and interior design (preferred).
