**Job Title** Marketing Data and Analytics **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of data‑driven marketing strategies across all digital channels. Own end‑to‑end marketing data integration, KPI definition, and performance analysis to deliver actionable insights and optimize ROI for product marketing initiatives. **Expactations** - Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing analytics framework. - Champion data quality, governance, and integrity across marketing systems. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders. - Drive continuous improvement of acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics through iterative testing and modeling. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement marketing analytics strategy for digital, paid, email, and social channels. - Integrate data from CRM, web analytics, paid media, email, and social platforms. - Define KPIs, create dashboards, and produce regular performance reports for CMO and executive team. - Conduct in‑depth campaign analysis, cohort segmentation, and LTV modeling. - Build predictive and multivariate models (A/B, segmentation) to optimize spending and creative strategies. - Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to align data needs with business objectives. - Recommend automation and efficiency enhancements in marketing workflows. - Serve as go‑to expert on marketing analytics for non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Advanced analytical and statistical techniques (regression, clustering, predictive modeling). - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and modeling. - Expertise with data visualization/reporting platforms (Looker, Google Data Studio, Power BI). - Deep understanding of PLG metrics, digital channel attribution, and customer journey analytics. - Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to present findings to executive audiences. - Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. - Master’s degree is a plus. - Professional certifications in analytics or data science (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are advantageous.
