Job Description
**Job Title:** Strategic Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling for the Media & Measurement product line, enabling data‑driven decision making and long‑range planning. **Expectations:** - Deliver actionable financial insights to guide product strategy and growth initiatives. - Communicate findings clearly to senior management and cross‑functional teams. - Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and maintain the long‑range financial plan for Media & Measurement, incorporating market trends and product roadmaps. 2. Analyze client spend, identify growth and churn drivers, and recommend optimization opportunities. 3. Track and analyze KPIs (revenue, COGS, CAC, campaign performance, engagement metrics). 4. Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses. 5. Build and sustain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI assessments. 6. Create financial reports and presentations for executive leadership. 7. Partner with product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to align financial guidance with business goals. 8. Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and projects as needed. 9. Identify and implement FP&A process improvements. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years as a financial analyst; 1–2 years in investment banking (financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis). - Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, data manipulation). - Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data simply. - Independent, proactive, and collaborative in a fast‑paced environment. - Interest in media and measurement industry metrics and business models. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. - Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is advantageous. ---
