Job Description
Job title: Senior Engagement Manager Role Summary: Lead the design, execution, and sustainment of organizational health and employee engagement strategies across all sites, translating data into actionable plans and partnering with leadership to embed culture into daily operations. Expectations: Deliver measurable improvements in engagement, belonging, and cultural alignment; act as an advocate for employee voice; coach leaders on engagement best practices; support change management during growth phases. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement engagement, belonging, and cultural initiatives. • Administer and analyze pulse surveys, distilling insights and action plans. • Partner with leaders to track progress of engagement action plans at company, department, and site levels. • Facilitate focus groups, listening sessions, and cultural workshops. • Develop and promote core values and cultural behaviors in hiring, operations, and leadership development. • Coordinate recognition and rewards programs aligned with cultural and DEI goals. • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Communications to drive engagement improvements. • Provide coaching to leaders on communication and employee experience. • Support culture alignment during rapid expansion or transformation. Required Skills: • 5+ years employee engagement/organizational development experience, ideally in a multi‑site, growing organization. • Survey administration, analysis, and action‑planning expertise. • Skilled facilitation, communication, and presentation. • Strong analytical and trend‑identification abilities. • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal effectiveness, and relationship building across all levels. • Creative problem‑solving and adaptability in fast‑paced environments. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
