Job Title: Energy and Infrastructure Deal Advisory Director Role Summary: Lead and oversee advisory services for complex energy and infrastructure transactions, guiding clients through valuation, due‑diligence, structuring, and integration to maximize deal value and mitigate risk. Expactations: - Drive business development and client relationship management within the energy and infrastructure sectors. - Deliver high‑quality financial and strategic advice, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. - Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end‑to‑end transaction process including feasibility studies, valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring. - Lead financial due‑diligence and risk assessment, identifying material issues and recommending mitigation strategies. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, tax, engineering, procurement) to ensure integrated deal execution. - Advise on financing options, capital structuring, and post‑deal integration, supporting clients in securing optimal terms. - Monitor market developments, policy shifts, and regulatory changes affecting energy and infrastructure projects. - Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership. Required Skills: - Proven experience (10+ years) in advisory or consulting with a focus on energy, utilities, or infrastructure M&A. - Strong financial acumen: advanced valuation techniques, financial modeling, and deal structuring. - Deep understanding of energy markets, renewable and traditional utilities, and infrastructure financing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of ESG considerations and regulatory frameworks applicable to energy and infrastructure deals.
