Job Title: Technical Project Manager (F/M)
Role Summary: Lead the technico‑functional management of a large-scale modernization of web applications for the banking sector, bridging business and IT teams. Focus on ensuring build, run, quality, security, and compliance while driving architecture and process optimization.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of MOA project management experience (excluding internships or dual studies).
- Proven analytical, coordination, and transversal leadership skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Solution‑oriented mindset, rigor, diplomacy, and strong service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements with users and sponsors.
- Define functional scope and draft specifications (cahiers des charges).
- Plan and control roadmap, schedule, budget, risks, and governance.
- Coordinate interactions among business teams, IT, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor vendor development (MOE) to ensure functional compliance.
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and defect tracking.
- Support change management: training, documentation, and end‑user support.
- Report project status to stakeholders and raise alerts on deviations.
Required Skills:
- Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of project methodologies: V‑cycle, Agile, Prince2, etc.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies: Angular, microservices, BFF patterns.
- DevOps exposure: Git, Ansible, XRay, C3PO; database management (Oracle/SQL).
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid project management certification preferred (Prince2, ScrumMaster, PMP, etc.).
