Expectations: Deliver on‑time, compliant integration projects with minimal business disruption; provide expert guidance to stakeholders; maintain thorough documentation and lessons learned for future M&A initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with M&A, IT, and business stakeholders to assess integration requirements and develop comprehensive IT integration plans. - Conduct due‑diligence reviews of target IT infrastructure, applications, data, and security posture. - Design and implement integration solutions for networks, systems, applications, and cloud environments. - Oversee migration of data, user accounts, and IT services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; liaise with third‑party vendors, consultants, and internal teams. - Monitor project progress, report status updates, and escalates issues to ensure objectives and timelines are met. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after integration to address post‑merger IT issues. - Document integration processes, configurations, and lessons learned to support future M&A activities.
