Job Description
**Job Title:** Solution Architect (Salesforce) **Role Summary:** Hands‑on senior architect responsible for defining, designing, and governing end‑to‑end CRM and marketing automation solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Customer Data Platform (CDP). Leads technical workstreams for pitch proposals, creates reusable architecture assets, and collaborates with on‑shore and offshore delivery teams to ensure scalable, integrated solutions. **Expactations:** - Deliver technically robust, commercially viable solution designs for new business pitches. - Translate business and campaign requirements into documented, repeatable architectures. - Serve as the primary technical liaison for offshore teams and non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain high‑quality documentation, diagrams, and standards throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own platform architecture and solution design for SFMC, CDP, and related integrations. - Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and pitch deliverables. - Define integration strategy, reusability frameworks, and journey orchestration models. - Design reusable journey templates, campaign modules, and QA frameworks (incl. Litmus). - Participate in scoping sessions, providing technical input for journey builder, templating, and segmentation use cases. - Guide offshore delivery teams to align with proposed architecture and delivery model. - Advise on data architecture, scalability, and interoperability with external data/segmentation platforms. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as Salesforce Technical Lead or Solution Architect, with deep hands‑on expertise in SFMC. - Strong knowledge of CDP concepts, data architecture, and integration patterns. - Experience designing and implementing marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign orchestration. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and architecture artifacts. - Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Familiarity with email marketing QA tools (e.g., Litmus) and best practices. - Experience working with cross‑functional and offshore delivery teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred. - Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer are a plus.
