Expectations: Candidate must have 1–2 years of software engineering experience, strong proficiency in TypeScript/React/Next.js, hands-on Rust experience (in production, side projects, or open source), familiarity with cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS), and the ability to deliver features in a fast-paced environment.
