**Job title:** Systems Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and Oracle databases. Deliver robust, secure solutions for healthcare data environments, leveraging modern web frameworks, reporting tools, and API integrations.
**Expactations:**
- Produce clean, scalable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain application performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core web applications, implementing RESTful services and WCF/SOA components.
- Design and implement Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support application logic.
- Create and maintain Crystal Reports and other reporting solutions.
- Write front‑end code using HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Manage source control in GitLab, configure CI/CD pipelines, and automate build/deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, providing timely fixes and preventive measures.
- Document application architecture, code, and deployment procedures for future maintenance.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Front‑end development: HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
- Experience building REST APIs, WCF services, and SOA concepts.
- Version control with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and secure handling of healthcare data (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or Azure Developer (optional).
- Oracle Certified Associate/Professional – PL/SQL (optional).
