Job Description: **Job Title:** Full-Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop AI-driven automation systems to optimize growth strategies for startups, focusing on SEO and marketing workflows. Build scalable, end-to-end solutions leveraging LLMs and full-stack capabilities. **Expectations:** - Proven experience in full-stack development (frontend/backend). - End-to-end ownership of scalable features in high-growth environments. - Expertise in scaling LLM workflows and AI integration. - Prior startup experience with a focus on rapid execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain backend systems (Hono, Typescript, Postgres). - Develop user-facing components (Svelte) for SEO and marketing automation tools. - Automate content generation, keyword optimization, and strategy execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows. - Ensure system reliability and performance for mission-critical growth tools. **Required Skills:** - Full-stack development: Hono/Tsup, Typescript, Svelte, Postgres. - Experience optimizing and scaling LLM-based workflows. - Strong problem-solving in fast-paced, startup environments. - Backend/frontend architecture and API integration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BS in Computer Science or related field. - Technical certifications (e.g., AI/ML, AWS/Azure cloud) a plus but not mandatory.
