**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for a SaaS fitness platform through integrated digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, paid media, email, and website channels.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth in organic reach, paid‑media leads, and conversion rates.
- Produce high‑quality, on‑brand copy and visual content.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a data‑driven mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute organic social media strategy; create and schedule engaging posts.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Write persuasive copy for blogs, ads, email newsletters, and website pages.
- Produce and edit short‑form videos, graphics, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Design, segment, and manage email marketing workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices and conversion optimization.
- Analyze performance metrics; generate regular reports and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to align messaging with customer needs.
**Required Skills:**
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably SaaS or fitness industry.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (including tracking and reporting).
- Strong copywriting skills; ability to write clear, persuasive, and concise content.
- Hands‑on experience creating/editing video and image assets (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and CMS tools.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and adjust tactics for optimal ROI.
- Familiarity with functional fitness terminology and audience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing (optional).
