Job title: Performance Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Design, own, and deliver a comprehensive growth strategy for a high‑growth consumer brand, driving acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data‑driven performance marketing.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable revenue growth and ROI across paid and organic channels.
- Own the growth budget and demonstrate efficient spend.
- Provide actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, test, and scale paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon) and organic channels (affiliates, referrals, partnerships).
- Build and own a long‑term customer acquisition strategy that balances growth with unit economics.
- Manage and optimize the growth budget, ensuring high ROI.
- Conduct cohort analysis to uncover retention patterns, purchase behaviour, and LTV drivers.
- Establish attribution and tracking frameworks for clear channel performance measurement.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across funnels, campaigns, and onsite experiences.
- Combine quantitative metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, churn) with qualitative feedback (surveys, NPS) to inform strategy.
- Systematize and document repeatable growth playbooks for scaling across markets.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service to align campaigns with inventory, packaging, and fulfilment.
- Report performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership and investors.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years in growth, digital, or performance marketing within a scaling DTC or consumer brand.
- Proven track record of driving acquisition and/or retention programs with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong analytical proficiency (Google Analytics, Looker, BI platforms).
- Hands‑on experience managing Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon paid media and CRM/lifecycle tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of subscription models, retention levers, and cohort analysis.
- Expertise in CRO, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and creative problem‑solving skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Certified, Google Ads Certified, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) are an advantage.
