Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Manager, Client Services – Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement **Role Summary** Lead and manage a portfolio of Dynamics 365 CE client engagements across multiple regions. Drive post‑go‑live support, enhancements, and optimization while fostering client success and continuous improvement. Mentor a global, cross‑functional team and collaborate with sales to shape delivery strategies. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑impact, day‑to‑day operational solutions that keep client systems running smoothly. - Maintain strong executive‑level client relationships and act as the trusted advisor for roadmap and growth opportunities. - Ensure delivery excellence through process definition, KPI monitoring, and best‑practice implementation. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of support, enhancements, and optimization services. - Resolve complex operational challenges in real time, ensuring client satisfaction and continuity. - Influence client roadmaps, recommend improvements, and identify expansion opportunities. - Lead, coach, and develop a functional and technical consulting team across Canada, Mexico, and other global locations. - Partner with sales to provide strategic delivery insights during the opportunity lifecycle. - Define and improve Client Services processes, KPIs, and best practices. - Manage high‑risk services, escalations, contract scope, and executive‑level client communications. **Required Skills** - 7+ years in Client Services or Managed Services with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. - Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Journeys) and the Power Platform. - Experience managing complex, cross‑functional client engagements in a matrixed or global environment. - Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management. - Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. - Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE‑related certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate) preferred.
