**Job Title:** Marketing Innovation Director **Role Summary:** Senior marketing executive responsible for transforming the organization’s marketing capabilities through AI, machine learning, and automation. Leads strategy, hands‑on experimentation, and cross‑functional implementation to deliver measurable business impact and future‑ready operations. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end AI marketing program, from concept to scale. - Demonstrate rapid experimentation, pilot POCs, and ROI‑driven roll‑outs. - Influence stakeholders, build consensus, and foster an experimentation culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate AI tools for SEO, PPC, content, creative, and analytics. - Design and execute AI‑driven marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives. - Run pilots and POCs; scale solutions that show measurable ROI. - Implement AI tools across campaign operations, PPC management, SEO workflows, and lifecycle marketing. - Define ROI and measurement frameworks to assess cost savings, CAC, LTV, and overall impact. - Automate repetitive ad‑operations, reporting, and content production. - Build and maintain an innovation pipeline to track emerging AI trends. - Partner with Sales, Product, and GM teams to embed AI insights into GTM strategies. - Lead change management and upskilling of marketing teams on AI workflows. - Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless integrations. - Ensure ethical AI use, privacy compliance, and consistent standards across marketing. **Required Skills:** - 7–10 years in digital marketing, growth, or marketing operations, preferably B2C SaaS or consumer internet. - Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, acquisition funnels, and growth marketing. - Proven experience with generative AI, AI‑SEO/PPC automation platforms, and AI‑driven creative tools. - Track record of leading marketing automation or martech transformation projects. - Strong analytical ability; comfortable with CAC, LTV, ROI metrics and data‑driven decision making. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward experimentation, rapid iteration, and scaling successes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, AI/ML fundamentals) preferred but not mandatory.
