Provides end‑user assistance, incident resolution, and system troubleshooting for distribution‑related applications. Required Skills - 5+ years of professional helpdesk or hotline support experience. - Strong functional support aptitude (process analysis, user requirements). - Practical SQL knowledge for data extraction and troubleshooting. - In‑depth understanding of the distribution industry and its key processes. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or distribution‑specific credentials) are an advantage.
