Vice President, Data & AI Strategy
**Role Summary**
Executive leader responsible for shaping and executing data and AI transformation strategies for enterprise clients. Drives market positioning, builds C‑suite relationships, oversees delivery excellence, and cultivates top AI talent across global teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client & Market Leadership**: Develop trusted C‑suite advisory relationships; lead pursuits, proposals, and thought‑leadership initiatives; represent the firm at conferences and executive forums.
- **Data, AI & Analytics Strategy**: Define go‑to‑market strategy, packaging, pricing, and positioning; stay abreast of emerging technologies (generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, data fabric, data mesh); translate trends into client solutions; embed data governance, quality, and responsible AI practices.
- **Delivery Excellence**: Oversee multiple delivery teams; guide solution architecture and validate critical designs; intervene in pivotal project phases (strategy workshops, design sprints, prototyping); ensure end‑to‑end data lifecycle integrity—from ingestion to AI enablement.
- **People & Culture**: Attract, develop, and retain top AI and data professionals; champion an innovative, growth‑mindset culture; foster cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing globally.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in data architecture, data governance, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, data mesh, real‑time analytics, and AI readiness.
- Proven ability to advise C‑suite executives and drive strategic consulting engagements.
- Experience with emerging AI tools (generative AI, LLMs, MLOps) and responsible AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication, thought‑leadership (public speaking, publishing), and stakeholder management.
- Track record of leading large, complex transformation programs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant industry experience in life sciences, financial services, retail, or manufacturing.
- Preferred certifications: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data governance (e.g., DAMA‑CDMP), project management (PMP or equivalent), and AI/ML specialties.
