Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern – B2C Sales Assistant - January 2026 (French version) **Role Summary** Support B2C sales and administrative operations for a makeup brand’s training academy, focused on customer engagement, student enrollment management, and CRM system optimization. **Expactations** Experience in B2C environments, CRM tools (Salesforce), administrative coordination, and student/employee communication. Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken). **Key Responsibilities** - Process customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and maintain CRM databases (Salesforce). - Manage enrollment workflows: schedule student interviews, prepare contracts, and track payment documentation. - Coordinate training program logistics, including open-day events and professional salon participation. - Prepare pre-enrollment materials, including student call lists and administrative kits. - Update student records on internal platforms (Dokélio) and ensure compliance with enrollment timelines. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks. - Customer service orientation with dynamic interpersonal communication. - Experience in B2C sales, enrollment administration, or event coordination. **Required Education & Certifications** - Undergraduate or business school student (minimum 4+ years of studies). - Fluency in French and English (professional written and spoken). - No certifications required.
