Job Description
**Job Title:** Commercial Manager – France **Role Summary:** Responsible for managing product supply across the French network, optimizing stock levels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with sales, regional directors, and cross‑functional teams (procurement, marketing, merchandising) to drive store results and support brand initiatives. **Expectations:** - Ensure timely and efficient product replenishment aligned with sales performance and peak demand. - Maintain strong relationships with sales leadership and regional managers. - Provide data‑driven insights to improve commercial strategy. - Proactively identify and implement process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end‑to‑end supply of assigned product portfolio for the French market. - Coordinate with sales directors and regional managers on inventory, commercial tracking, KPI analysis, and in‑store product performance. - Conduct network‑wide performance analyses to refine brand commercial strategy. - Partner with the warehouse to regulate stock releases, preventing store overstock and warehouse bottlenecks. - Liaise with Purchasing, Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure proper launch of new products, promotional placements, and marketing operations. - Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing management tools for the service and stores. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and senior stakeholders. - Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. - Professional working knowledge of English (both written and spoken). - Experience with SAP is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial management, supply planning, or inventory management.
