Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of Marketing and eCommerce **Role Summary:** Strategic leader to develop and implement the marketing and eCommerce strategy for a fast-growing European food scale-up, driving B2C/B2B customer acquisition, retention, and cross-channel growth while managing a growing team. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in eCommerce. - Proven leadership in digital marketing, budget management, and team scaling. - Strong cross-functional collaboration with departments (purchasing, sales, supply chain). - Expertise in data-driven decision-making and KPI optimization (e.g., ROAS, LTV). **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee full-funnel marketing strategy (acquisition to retention) across online/offline channels. - Lead go-to-market plans, including budgeting, KPI tracking, and campaign execution. - Manage marketing team (acquisition, eCommerce, CRM, content, social media). - Develop and execute A/B testing strategies, leveraging analytics tools to drive insights. - Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with business growth. - Monitor and optimize digital tools (CMS, CRM, analytics platforms). **Required Skills:** - Strategic digital marketing (SEA, SEO, social media, email campaigns). - eCommerce platform and funnel optimization expertise. - Budget management and forecasting. - Team management (recruitment, development, performance evaluation). - Analytical proficiency with data interpretation and action-based insights. - Cross-functional collaboration and project prioritization under deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Demonstrated success in high-growth scale-up environments preferred.
