**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions within an Agile environment. Collaborate closely with integration partners to produce high‑quality code that complies with GDPR, cyber risk guidelines, and internal standards while advancing the digital strategy of the organization.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver reusable, scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business needs.
- Maintain high code quality, perform rigorous testing, and manage defect resolution.
- Communicate progress and risks effectively across cross‑functional Agile teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Draft functional specifications and architectural designs for Salesforce projects.
- Develop Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components following Agile practices.
- Configure and maintain campaign automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot).
- Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; log and triage defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and SAFe events (PI planning).
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and integrate with external systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and user guides to support production.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, cyber‑security policies, and internal coding standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning, Visualforce, LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware).
- Experience with campaign automation platforms and marketing automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and continuous delivery.
- Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and deployment tools (Change Sets, Metadata API).
- Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Understanding of GDPR requirements, cyber‑security best practices, and data privacy.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (or 5+ years equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent).
