**Job title:** Head of Information Technology
**Role Summary:**
Lead enterprise technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation across a diversified conglomerate. Drive scalable, secure infrastructure, cyber‑security, automation, UX, and vendor management to deliver measurable business outcomes and support growth, M&A, and operational excellence.
**Expectations:**
- Executive partnership with senior leadership and portfolio companies.
- Deliver enterprise‑wide digital roadmap and measurable KPI improvements.
- Manage multi‑year technology budgets and ROI.
- Build and mentor a high‑performance IT and digital services team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Standardize KPIs, SLAs, and processes across business units.
- Design, deploy, and maintain resilient cloud, BCP/DR, and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs; develop SOX, ISO, NIST frameworks.
- Create unified digital transformation roadmap (cloud, SaaS, low‑code RPA, automation).
- Integrate enterprise platforms for consistent reporting and data visibility.
- Implement UX/UI design systems, A/B testing, and cross‑platform standards.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to track initiative progress.
- Oversee centralized vendor management, performance scorecards, and cost optimization.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and ROI of technology investments.
- Collaborate with Finance, Ops, Strategy, and portfolio IT teams to align initiatives.
- Guide M&A technology integrations and long‑term technology planning.
**Required Skills:**
- Enterprise IT operations & infrastructure (cloud, BCP/DR).
- Cybersecurity strategy & compliance (SOX, ISO, NIST).
- Digital transformation & automation (RPA, low‑code, cloud SaaS).
- UX/UI design systems, A/B testing, and user‑centric design.
- Vendor & financial management, cost optimization.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, change leadership.
- Continuous improvement (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
