Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Role Summary:** Provide exceptional telephone support for tire and wheel needs, focusing on first‑call resolution, product and service recommendations, appointment scheduling, and customer loyalty promotion. Operate as the brand ambassador for the Retail Service Centre, coordinating between customers, in‑store teams, and service technicians. **Expectations:** - Complete a 2–3 week paid onboarding and product‑knowledge training. - Cover operational shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. - Resolve customer inquiries on the first call or chat whenever possible. - Consistently promote “Customer First” service standards and maintain a positive, friendly tone. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to inbound calls and chat inquiries, actively listening to identify customer needs. - Research solutions via web‑based applications and present suitable tire, wheel, warranty, and service options. - Schedule appointments, place orders, and coordinate follow‑ups with service teams. - Participate in call campaigns for seasonal maintenance and service reminders. - Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and service technicians. - Support in‑store teams by filling gaps at front counters, managing multi‑line phone systems, and providing assistance to new staff. - Promote company products, service conditions, and warranties ensuring vehicle safety compliance. - Escalate complex issues to Store Manager or Supervisor when necessary. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of direct sales and/or customer‑service experience. - Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficient with multi‑line phone systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and company web‑applications. - Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and organizational skills. - Friendly, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding service. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (no additional certifications required).
