**Job Title:** Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
**Role Summary:**
Strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing the overall technical vision, architecture, and roadmap. Oversees software development, engineering operations, IT infrastructure, and compliance to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑performing fintech solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, enforcing best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, security, documentation).
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and executive teams to deliver new features and services.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate third‑party APIs and technologies.
- Lead technology‑focused audit and compliance activities.
- Monitor industry trends and champion innovation within the fintech space.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in a CTO or senior technology leadership role.
- Proven expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and large‑scale system design.
- Deep knowledge of payments, banking, or fintech domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security frameworks.
- Ability to assess and integrate third‑party APIs and technology partners.
- Analytical mindset for regulatory compliance and audit support.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous but not mandatory.
