Job Description
Job Title: Associate Product Owner – Enterprise CRM (Salesforce) Role Summary: An agile team member responsible for maximizing value delivered from the Enterprise Salesforce platform. Aligns product backlog with customer and stakeholder needs, collaborates with IT technical teams to communicate product vision, and ensures execution of prioritized features. Supports tiered platform support, defect resolution, and continuous process improvement. Expectations: * Deliver results in an agile, cross‑functional environment. * Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends for releases. * Gain experience in end‑to‑end stakeholder engagement, product requirement definition, and user acceptance testing. Key Responsibilities: * Prioritize and refine product backlog in JIRA; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with Salesforce IT teams to communicate vision, clarify requirements, and track implementation. * Facilitate functional support and defect resolution, coordinating with tiered help‑desk processes. * Design and document process flows, business architecture diagrams, and user acceptance testing scripts. * Conduct UAT, report defects, and verify resolution before production deployment. * Partner with Learning & Development and Product teams to create and deliver custom training and onboarding content. * Maintain close relationships with business stakeholders, gather feedback, and translate into platform enhancements. * Monitor product performance, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement. Required Skills: * 2–3 years of product ownership or product management experience. * Experience working in agile environments using JIRA or equivalent backlog tools. * Strong written and verbal communication; ability to elicit requirements from non‑technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Case Management, Process Builder, Flow, Lightning). * Ability to write and manage JIRA user stories, acceptance tests, and documentation. * Basic understanding of financial services and compliance context (preferred). * Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and defect tracking capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Product Owner) are a plus but not mandatory.
